7kbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7kbd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 7kbd website at 7kbd.bio, including all games, betting markets, account services, promotions, and any other features offered on or through the platform. These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access to 7kbd is not prohibited by applicable local law. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an account or use any service on 7kbd.

7kbd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective when posted to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms always supersedes any prior version. Where a specific promotion or game carries its own supplemental terms, those supplemental terms shall apply in addition to these general Terms.

1. Eligibility to Use 7kbd

To register and use the 7kbd platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gambling activities; (c) not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any such person associated with 7kbd or its software and game providers; (d) not be registered as a self-excluded player or have been excluded by 7kbd for any reason; and (e) be acting entirely on your own behalf as a private individual, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

7kbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification. 7kbd will not process any withdrawal where the identity, age, or source-of-funds verification is outstanding. Players who provided false information at registration may have all winnings forfeited and their accounts permanently closed without notice.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

All financial transactions on 7kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7kbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladesh bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All payments are processed in good faith; 7kbd is not liable for delays attributable to payment service providers, banking system outages, or mobile network issues outside of 7kbd's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on 7kbd.

5. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions described elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7kbd platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7kbd's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7kbd is not liable for: (a) any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of winnings due to technical failures, network outages, or system errors outside of 7kbd's control; (c) any financial loss resulting from the player's gambling activity, including losses resulting from bonus forfeiture following a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 7kbd's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 7kbd makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from malicious software. Whilst 7kbd takes reasonable steps to ensure platform security and uptime, temporary outages or maintenance windows may occur. 7kbd will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate any planned maintenance periods to players in advance.
